I think your company provides wonderful customer service and we really do think the masks came out beautifully. As I mentioned, I probably would not have bought them if I had known they were so thin. Jeff did offer a thicker mask with a discount but we feel we can make use of these as I said above and we do like wearing them - they are so soft and comfortable.

Overall experience was great. The customer service representatives were always pleasant and happy to help!

The pictures that I had put on the sweater came out a little blurry and hard to see.

When I was stuck trying to add an item to my order I contacted the help chat on your website. Chris was very quick to respond and help out. I needed to collect some more info and Chris told me that is no problem, just ask for me when you are ready to complete the order. I contacted the chat a few hours later and was able to get chris no problem. That was very helpful in the overall experience

Simply top notch work. Print quality is A+. I've order about seven t-shirts already with custom images and they all turned out great. In fact, I don't even buy t-shirts in stores anymore all of my new t-shirts are custom made by Custom Ink.

I created a HBDay shirt for my 9 year old's bday - and I needed to rush the order to get it on time. There was good communication and the shipment came in the exact time as needed and turned out perfect. I will absolutely use Customink again.

Custom Ink always does spectacular work and the prints are always true to my original images. I had nothing but great experience and customer service from both Nathan and Don. Don was extremely helpful and professional in regards to helping me with my design and his meticulous precautions taken due to covid. Would love to come back when I have another design.
