All was good - just hard dealing with a new rep for every phone call or email

Every step of the way the custom ink team blew my alread high expectations out of the water. They worked with me through a design issue and were always prompt on responses and very friendly.

I ordered before and there was no "Custom Ink" imprint inside the neck of my shirts. I ordered a larger order and now these have them inside or the neck. I was not made aware that this would happen. I do not like this image inside or the neck of my shirt. Because I have a custom neck tag that is now altered by the image printed inside

Easy to order, overall I am happy with final product. The sizes come small, not real world sizes, you have to be skinny to fit in the sizes they offer you. I wish I would have known upfront so I coulda ordered bigger t shirts. Also they dont have the same color in long sleeves which I wanted to order so I only order short sleeves. Shirts are kinda thin for the price I expected thicker shirts.

We were in need of our shirts quickly and were worried about the timing of delivery, but Custom Ink didn't let us down! We received our shirts even earlier than our expressed date for a rush order!

Masks were a little small for many of our employees and not available in many colors... white masks stain easily.

Design and quality of shirt was excellent. I tried to delete the original shirt that I designed because I had changed the color and it would not let me delete it, so I wasted money on a shirt that I didn't want.
