The customer service experience was top-notch! After editing my design again and again, I thought I had it finalized and submitted my order. As soon as I submitted it, I noticed some of the words had moved from where I intended them to be. I emailed Custom Ink and received a quick response reassuring me that my item would be reviewed and any necessary changes would be made prior to printing to ensure my t-shirts came out as I intended. The quality of the shirts was better than expected and I am thrilled to have such a great product to take my family during our reunion. Thanks again!

The printing wasn't alligned as I had it on the mockup. Customer service is good, but unless the printing improves, I don't see myself ordering from here again. I've been a customer since 2013, but the past two years I've noticed a decline in the digital printing accuracy. I've been ordering jerseys for my sports teams through Custom Ink, but I am tempted to branch out to another service. Your prices are too high to be going back and forth with customer service. The quality of your products are good, just need to improve the printing.

It was honestly amazing. The only speed bump was that I didn't know that the Star Wars franchise copy righted an image I wanted on the shirt but when customer service called they were very understanding and supportive. They gave us great ideas and input to make my tshirt the best it could be. They were all super friendly and understanding :D
The print quality on this was not good... there is a large area around the shirt that has a very "starched" feel to it, assuming this is some sort of protective coating? But it is not great for feel and throws the way the shirt lays on the body off. Purchased from much smaller vendor (underground printing) and they did not do this. The price was the same for both vendors, yet customink's shirt/printing much worse.
The only sad part - was there are a few shirt I would like to make, but I only need 1 each.
Fast shipping, quality is amazing and customer service is the best ever
After researching multiple similar sites, Custom Ink was far and away the best. It gave the most custom options & designs to truly capture what you're trying to create. And most importantly, the final product was identical to what the rendering was showing on the site while you were creating it.
Customer services was especially great and very helpful in setting up my order.
