Excellent customer service and help in designing our embroidery work. The product was high quality and in times of shipping delays our product came on the day it was promised. It was truly a 5 star experience.

I really enjoy using custom ink for our group designs and a few miscellaneous shirts, hats, etc here and there. Everything I order is mostly 100% correct. I've had an occasion where something was slightly wrong and nobody gave some suggestions, but when I would write to let them know something was slightly off. I got excellent service with the response back.
Overall the shirts printing came out great and I'm very satisfied with being able to have the rush rush shipment option to have gotten the shirts in time for my event.
The entire process from design to receiving the product was painless. Even when the original product was not available, swinging the design over to suggested alternate products went flawlessly.

When I came back, I was able to email a customer service rep and pick up exactly where I left off 6 weeks prior. My design was the same and I didn't have to start over. I appreciate not having to recreate my project and the quick, helpful customer service staff that got my order out quickly.
