From start to finish I never had one single issue. I may have gone back and forth on the color of the images and had to request a couple of different proofs but the team was professional and accommodating. Will definitely order form Custom Ink for other items in the future.

I thought it was pretty easy to execute my concept, and I liked the tools, which were user-friendly but sufficiently task-specific to get the job done. The only thing I didn't like was the six-shirt minimum. This was a semi-gag T-shirt that I designed for a friend a couple of years ago, and I didn't end up ordering it because she didn't really need six of them. This year happens to be a round-numbered birthday, and she's having a Zoom conference call/dinner (because of the pandemic), and that kind of pushed me over the edge. But I would have appreciated the ability to make one or two at a higher price per unit but that didn't approach $200 in total.
The overall experience was great... the multitude of choices of fonts and designs were great.
It was a real pleasure working with your employees! They were very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous! I received my delivery on time as planned. Everyone was very pleased with their shirts. We are getting ready to order more! My only disappointment was that I had already paid $28 for express shipping, and then when I called to finalize the order I had to pay extra due to something about it being a holiday weekend. The only way I was able to get the order when needed was to pay the extra! I didn't like that to much, but we needed them so I had to pay the extra fee out of my pocket because I had already collected the groups money!

First time I washed face mask it shrunk by 50%! I have photos to establish claim. VERY disappointed
Shirts are super soft, though seem thin, so we will see how they wear over time. The long sleeves are snug at the forearms and a little long, but overall we love them!
