Expected Hanes brand to be a quality product. First and last time using this site due to poor finished product quality. Very disappointing to say the least.

I love what I ordered! I received it in the mail very quickly!

It was a very simple ordering process and everything I ordered came just as I expected, I just wish there weren't some dirt spots on the shirts!

The quality of the print was great, the shirts are very comfortable and wash well. I uploaded my own design and it came out great!

I have done multiple orders from you all (personal and work) and have had a good experience every time. Your design lab area is very easy to use and the chat feature and getting questions answers is always quick with knowledgeable answers. For a few products you can be slightly more expensive but it is made up with customer service and ease of ordering, designing etc.

You kept me abreast of the progress of my order. I really appreciate that. You were all very pleasant and professional. Thank you.

I loved the fast response time when I wanted to change colors (more than once!). The hats looks great. The feedback was correct about the color of embroidery on the yellow hats. Overall very happy with the service and will use again!

Customer service was fine but product is terrible. If you have a detailed logo only 4 colors were used and it looks as such. For the price I could have had my local screen shop do them but I thought this might work out better. Its not like you are getting some discount price either. I would not recommend customink.

I was extremely pleased with the ease of design, well-thought out web page, and speed of service. They even delivered early!
