The shirt is great, but the shipping was not. I paid for expedited shipping and it arrived 3 days after the "guaranteed" delivery date. Don't guarantee something if you can't guarantee it. It would have been nice to at least get an email letting me know it was going to be late. I had to email support to ask if I can be refunded the expedited shipping fee. The support person was kind and promptly refunded me the fee, which I am grateful for.
The customer service was great and their suggestions to save us some money by moving some of the content to the front was very helpful.

Overall, fantastic experience! The website was easy to use and navigate. I was able to choose my tee, upload my design and complete my purchase in about 10 minutes. I've been a graphic designer for many years and haven't been completely satisfied with tee prints until now. Will definitely use CustomInk again!

I got a little nervous with the youth shirts because they didn't show that the image would be on there right but customer service got back to me and let me know they would adjust that. When the shirts got here they looked good.
