This was an amazing experience. The website was easy to use, the product options were good, the prices were competitive and the turnaround time and delivery was excellent. I was especially impressed when a representative of your company called me at 9pm, just after I placed my order, to make sure I understood the way that the logo I designed would look on the different sized T-shirts I ordered. That is fantastic customer service, and I appreciate it so much.

The shirts are great and we will continue to order from Custom Ink if you can meet our needs. That said, the website needs serious revamping to be more user friendly and give businesses the information they need. Every design our company uses is saved in a separate account for some reason so it's extremely difficult to find the one we need to have printed at any given time. Why can't we see every design in one place? Customer service reps are very friendly, but not always knowledgeable and prone to providing incorrect information. This causes frustration, serious delays in production/shipping, and unfulfilled expectations. As long as I remind myself at the outset that the ordering process is going to be frustrating, my needs are met. Worth noting is supervisors will do whatever they can to resolve issues, which is appreciated.
