Everything went very well on my first order and in subsequent exchanges about additional orders.
The dots were a bit uneven. When I was designing it I had trouble with the sizing.
The customer service at Custom Ink is exceptional. I was actually talking to a real person, and I got all the help I needed. The website is very user friendly, and it is so easy to make designs. The sweatshirts that I ordered are comfy, and everyone loves them.
My only complaint is that the website said "GUARANTEED" delivery by July 3. Yet I didn't receive my order until July 6. Not much of a guarantee. Luckily I didn't need it on the 3rd or I'd be much more irate.
It was great. I was just exploring, and this was the first company I checked out. Then, after quite a bit of shopping around, I kept coming back, playing around with the design, which was conveniently saved, and found this company was not only the best deal, but the best for tweaking the design until I had what I wanted. I was not disappointed when they came, and were delivered several days earlier than expected. Great experience!
Besides the T-shirt quality, everything else is good.
We utilized this service to create shirts for a cornhole league in our neighborhood and it was easy and the end result was exactly what we wanted. The website makes it truly easy to design a great looking shirt and the product ended up being exactly like what we created on the site. And a shout-out to the very ethical practices at Custom Ink - we approved the final mock-up for printing and after doing so Custom Ink contacted me to let me know that they found a way to make the same design with one less color and so they refunded us a nice portion of money because of that. Obviously, I would have never known any of this if they were not the honest and ethical folks they clearly are! I'll be using this service again in the future for sure and I'm recommending it to anyone who has custom item needs that they can fulfill. Just awesome all around!
So far I have no complaints. I will be doing some more tests to see if I can use this company for future business.

The shirt turned out great. The logo was clear, the only thing that threw me off was the fabric of the shirt was very stiff but once you wash it it's nice and soft
Printing and colors came out as close to the online versions as possible, was very happy with the end results. The Hanes sizes seemed a little small even though they were pre shrunk.
Custom Ink customer service is incredible! I wasn't on wait when I called and I was able to get help very easily. They responded to my emails very quickly and helpfully.
