We made these for our family vacation, and these were just fantastic! Super helpful in fine tuning our design, great customer service, quick shipping and good quality shirts! The shirts did fit *just right*, so fingers crossed for no shrinking in the wash! My whole family is SO excited!
Although it feels a bit pricey for custom shirts, I actually didn't hunt around too much becuase the website was so easy to navigate. Once I placed my order, I got an alert to contact customer service about the artwork. I thought, Here we go... actually, a human picked up very quickly, was totally affable and well spoken and seemed vested in the overall product as we discussed changing the color of the tshirt. He also offered that the 'white' in the back of the artwork could be taken out. Great customer service shouldn't be rare, but it is. He was terrific. Wish I saved his name! When the box came, I had that moment of, Well, It's not going to be great, but it will be fine. SO WRONG. I am floored at the clarity. I am SUPER excited and will gladly pass on your site to my colleagues and will use you again. Fabulous! Thank you!

The website is very easy to use with countless designs and options to choose from. It was so simple turning the idea I had in my mind into an actual piece of clothing.
Packaging of shot glasses needs to be better, 25 of 144 were chipped, cracked, and completely broken. Out of the ones that survived only 1 of the prints was smeared. The shot glasses themselves were very nice and the details of the prints were clear and clean.
We saw a mask and immediately knew we needed our logo on them. Easy to order, approve and we received a beautiful product!

The 2x3 banner I ordered came in the time frame specified, and to proof design. For this and previous items, the quality of the work has been very good. As for the small banners, they are meant to be used at specific memorial services, and with proper care and storage I expect to get many years of service from them.

Designing was great, but what the product arrived it had blobs of a darker blue and was 2 colors
So happy with my order. Our design was printed clear and bold with vivid color. More importantly I was happy that Custom Ink overviews and asks for our approval before printing and my order was delivered on time.
