Very pleased. I should find out if you ever send samples before I order again, just to know how stuff shrinks after washing and drying. Nothing at fault with Custom Ink, its just different companies and fabrics and fitting differently between brands.

They hold their shape well and look very professional for t-shirts. I appreciate the feedback from your company concerning helping us pick a shirt to suit our design. I do wish I had asked for the design to be bigger. It is as large as the box on the site will allow it to load. However, we are very pleased with our shirts.
I would have liked a few more types to choose from, not that they don't have many. Since I designed mine I was impressed with the site functionality and options. What I didn't like is that it appears as if you are ordering less than 6 shirts the color options - of the shirt itself - are limited. I don't think the attempt to upsell you to buy 6 or more of the same shirt makes sense. I can understand a goofy family buying 6 identical shirts for their Disney vacation or shirts for a team sport, but an individual is not going to buy 6 identical shirts just to access additional colors. Makes no sense. Other than that, good experience.

It was pretty good overall! A few mistakes on my orders such as an incorrect coloring mistake and sending a short sleeve instead of a long sleeve, but they made up for it by sending additional shirts.
Website was easy to use. Love the shirts we ordered. Shipping was fast even got them before expected date.
I would give it one more try, if I needed something.
