Of course in printing your colors are so faded on the shirt I ordered you can barely see them... I thought you had a statement saying that someone was going to proof it prior to printing but if you do this every day then someone should have noticed it might not show up well The fabric feel like 100 polyester... not as soft as it was described and feels stiff on the front where the printing is. Will not be reordering from you
Custom Ink has been fantastic! They really listened to all the details I needed to be done to the t-shirts. They went well beyond expectations when they contacted me about some issues they were having with the first image I sent. On my end, it didn't appear to have any issues, but, they noticed the quality of the image was poor and asked if I could provide a better one. I did and explained what was needed to be changed in the image and they did exactly what I wanted! Fantastic work! I will definitely do business with Custom Ink again!
I've loved all of the glassware I've ordered from you guys--the only issues we've had is with the 22k gold printing on glassware, the bugs keep not getting worked out of that printing process, which is such a huge bummer because the first round of printing with the gold was successful, the product was SUPER popular, and I wanted to continue ordering products with it, but each subsequent round of printing had major mess ups and I had to return every batch.
The design came out incredible. I will be ordering more.

There was an issue with the graphic that I wanted to use. Cameron called (actually CALLED!) to explain the problem and we were able to find another one to use! Cameron was on top of it... very responsive and wonderful to work with! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

My overall experience was excellent. Your company had the right color tshirt I was looking for and the right designs. I really liked the fact that I could design the front and back of the tshirt which was exactly what I was looking for.
Very good customer service. I had a problem with my order, so I texted an employee on the website. She was very helpful and quick to respond. Each message came within a minute, and the problem with the order just happened to be a misunderstanding on the side of the postal service, not Custom Ink. I have ordered Custom Ink products in the past, and will use them again when choosing between companies.
