Overall high rating to the questions asked above. Did not feel the pricing was overly competitive however. It was my intent to approve a small sample run before ordering volume quantities but felt the min. Sample quantity and pricing associated was out of line. It would be great to have a reduced sample pricing and therefore help improve the customer experience. This would only then encourage me to order more from Custom Ink. Now I am going to price out follow on orders in volume with Custom Ink competitors.

Overall, we were very happy with customer service and with the design options. We were just very disappointed with the final product being darker than expected and the writing not showing up. It's not the shirt we hoped for and may not be able to use them as intended now.
Fast, friendly, quality! I couldn't believe that I put together a personalized shirt to gift a friend in under 20 minutes. And, when I chose an ink too close to the shirt color, I received an instant response from a customink employee on chat who suggested another color. She posted a mockup to the chat room so I could see her suggestion. It was an amazing experience. The company kept me updated about the delivery time, and the shirt arrived in about a week. A custom shirt! Can't wait to design more goodies
I had my hoodie arrive right on time and it was perfect! The people at custom ink let me tweak my design even after I had ordered it and then centered the design to make it look good again. It would be nice to have more no-minimum clothing to choose from
