I was nervous at first if my uploaded design would be in the correct placement/positioning on the shirt. When I built it online, I just eyeballed where it would go. I called to ask how to ensure it's placed correctly. I got the impression someone would contact me to verify but I didn't get any communication. The shirts showed up and thankfully looked amazing! I don't know if it was dumb luck, or if there was someone who reviewed it there internally and either thought my eyeballing was good, or made the adjustment for me? Not sure which, but either way, they look great.
The shirt was nicely made, will use custom ink again.

Very fast turn around. Prompt follow up from the design team. There were ink smudges on a couple of the shirts. Would have liked to see more eco friendly packaging.

I had an amazing experience with you guys. 1, VERY easy to design on online and make the order. 2, Amazing customer service. As soon as I'm done designing and ordering, I received the text message that you will contact me to confirm the design or call and speak to the customer service. So I called. NO WAITING TIME to speak to the customer service and the stuff that I spoke to, he was very helpful and professional. He made everything clear and made my oder easier. 3, shipping options are great. You guys were very flexible to my order. Even though I ordered small amount. And it was ON TIME. (Very fast) 4, Quality was wonderful! Color and design came out exactly how I wanted. And the quality of the shirts are good. From the design to delivery, all those processes were easy and quick. Customer friendly. I used discount mug for something else. Difficult to design, bad customer service, my order came 2 weeks late from the estimate arrival time AND they change my logo font. (They sent me the automated email to confirm the design, but I declined it because of the font) Anyway, I am so happy and satisfied! Thank you so much!

Wonderful! The image I sent was just a screenshot of a text message but you guys cleaned it up and it came out SO CRISP, even the little date/time stamp text which is impressive :) Very happy!
The quality of the tshirt wasn't awesome. I didn't get the cheapest one either so thought it would be better.
