My experience with Custom Ink was great. Creating my design was really easy. The website has a lot of great design options to choose. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything looks great on the tanks and back of the t-shirt that I ordered but the logo on the front of the t-shirt is up way too high- even higher than the proof. Someone assured me on the phone that they know where to put the artwork, and I would think that there's some standard of logo placement on the front left of a shirt. The proofs had a statement that said something along the lines of "your artwork might look like it's in the wrong spot but our team of experts will know where to place it". My client is now receiving comments that the logo is illegible because it's almost on some people's shoulder. For the hundreds of dollars spent, this is something that should have been noticed.
It was really easy to order the cups. The site walked me right through everything. I didn't have a problem at all. The cups turned out great! I would use them again for my next design.
I am very happy with the shirts but I wish the color of the T was as vi rant in person as it was on the website.

I was very impressed with staff's responsiveness to my many questions and ecstatic about the quick turnaround of the order.
I ordered hats for my staff, and everyone loves them! They were exactly the way they looked online. The forest green was so pretty in person and looked great with a white logo. There are design limitations and price add ons, but I suppose that is to be expected. The most important to me was that they looked the same as the photos and the hats were good quality, especially for the price. Customer service and delivery were quick! I appreciate it greatly! Our nonprofit will be rocking our hats a lot :)

The customer service, website and ordering process were all great. We have ordered shirts in the past and been very satisfied. This year we ordered a variety of sizes from youth med to womens xxl. The shirts look good but the brand Anvil jersey runs small. We aren't going to be able to use alot of the shirts we ordered because of the size. Sad. It was expensive and is usually worth it but not this year.
