The response time on design changes was very quick and professional. The Art work was exceptional and I am very excited to see the finished product.
My only negative comments is that they seemed to only be able to make one change at a time. At least on several occasions I listed multiple changes and they only made the top one or two so I had to go back and forth with them several times in order to get it exactly right. That may have been partly my problem in not effectively communicating my desires.

With the online order form, there should be a way to choose the options on the coins being ordered (such as sequential numbering, etc) so they are figured into the final cost as appropriate.

I found the entire shopping experience with custom challenge coin to be quick and easy. Perhaps most importantly, however, was the responsiveness by the staff to my requested changes. Their graphics art dept took my descriptions (without any images, etc) and quickly transformed them into exactly what I wanted.
