I found this company on the internet. Because of what I believed was the "unique nature" of my request, I took the opportunity to call on the phone. What a pleasure. Every question answered, referred back to the web site, filed my request and within twenty four hours I had my exact design back for approval. It was exactly what I wanted and I don't think I could have improved on the design if I tried.
