I just ordered the coins today, so I cannot speak to quality, but the answers to my questions and proofs that were sent were very quick compared to the 2 other companies that I looked at (one I have yet to hear from). In fact, most of the communication via email and and both proofs (the second modified slightly from the first) were all within a day. Very impressive and if the coins look like the very detailed proofs, I will be ecstatic!

Everything was great. I submitted to several companies and you were by far the easiest to deal with. Some took up to a week to get back with a proof and others needed me to call in and set up an account or place a deposit. After I contacted you I had my proof back that same day no questions ask. That is what sold me on ordering from you. After I saw what you came up with and the price it would be hard for anyone to beat. For the look and what I wanted this was the cheapest quote I received. I was on my second proof before I heard from some.
There was also no hassle. You gave me time to decide and make changes. One of the others was asking about my order before they sent the proof. Any changes I made I could count on having the proof back that day of the next.
The design team did an awesome job on the coin. I know it's not an overly complicated design but I know what I sent them and was surprised at what came back.
