I was referred to Custom Challenge Coins by a fellow retired Marine. I really liked the look of the coin & the polish that made it stand out. He gave me the 800 phone number & I called Barry Rainwater to discuss a coin for me. Barry was very knowledgeable & walked me through the process. The steps were quite easy & I realized a savings by using the front mold used by my friend's coin. Everything was explained simply & the email quote & proof arrived within two hours of my call. I made one change to the proof, received another proof shortly after & ordered my coins, all in the comfort of my home. I really appreciated how professional everything was handled. The proofs looked great, very serious work. I recommend this company highly.
