Nothing bad to say, good price, good service, just hope the coins arrive on time and as promised.

My order was placed today, so I do not have the product yet. Customer service while designing the coins and placing the order was top-notch. It was obvious that I was receiving personal responses to my questions, and not "cut and pasted" answers like other websites sent me. The personal touch and quick response time made me feel comfortable that I was dealing with someone who cared about their product.

We used another coin to contact. Our art work was attended to promptly and turned around in a very timely manner. As with any committee we had several minor changes to bring us to the final proof. Each time the response was prompt and courteous and returned very quickly.
