Well, I do not have the challenge coins in hand yet, but thus far the experience has been great. This is our second design and order for Challenge coins and as before the service was outstanding and very responsive. The design dept was very patient as we worked to the final design. The coin is an outstanding representation of the Fire Department we chose for this project.
