Custom Challenge Coins was recommended to me by one of my colleagues, after he had done 3 separate coins. The ordering process was incredibly simple and streamlined. We had a design that we thought may verge on too detailed for a coin but the proofs were excellent and sent out within 24 hours. One change had to be made due to a miscommunication on my part and that too was done with a new proof sent out within 24hrs. The only difficulty I had was with trying to order through my work computer, but they were once again able to solve that at a very rapid speed.
