I ordered 100 custom challenge coins for my fire academy. I ordered them only 16 days before I needed them. The lead time was 18 days and I asked if I could pay for a rush order. My representative told me that you guys don't do rush orders due to the time it takes for the resin to dry but that you would do your best. Well the coins got here on time after all so I was extremely happy that you guys made it work for no extra charge. Thank you for the great customer service and I will definitely be using your company again for any other challenge coin orders.
