Order placed easily and arrived in reasonable amount of time. But the size was off running smaller than expected.
Item was ordered on 1/21/2025 for a trip on 2/5/2025. Website indicated it would ship in 3 - 5 days so I figured there would be no problem. On 2/1/2025 I received an e-mail telling me the item was out of stock. I was offered suggestions for a replacement item. I was also asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I replied that I wanted the order cancelled and an immediate refund issued. Today is 2/13/2025 and a refund has not posted to my credit card account.
The product we received was not the product or quality that was displayed. We ordered a pair of denim pants. They did not look at all what was displayed in the picture, the material was cheap, there was not hole to button the pants. This company is a scam! Offering quality, but delivering a cheap, misrepresented product

Wish I could give it no stars. The sweater is not what was advertised. Extremely boxy with no shape whatsoever. Once you order there appears to be no way to return for a refund. They offer you very minimal compensation to just let it go. If you email asking for instructions for a return they never respond to your request but instead ask if you received the item and then ask you to fill out a survey.

I have been trying to return two dress and all they want to give me was $21.00 and with shipping I spent close to $80.00. Than I asked for a shipping Address and what information is needed for in the package. I never got a response and I kept emailing them. Then someone responded and than offered me $35.00 and they finally gave me the shipping address and what information is needed inside the package. I asked them if they would give me $70.00 and I would keep the dresses and as if this posting I have not heard anything. I did end up ordering the same dress but in a bigger size.

Easy website to make purchase. I received follow up emails that kept me in touch with the order and shipping information.
They provide no way of communicating with them other than email, and then they take 3 days to reply. No phone #, no live chat. Horrible. I filled out their form to return 2 items. They replied but will not give me the address for returns. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. Never again! If I could give a ZERO star, I would.

I emailed for over 2 weeks trying to get return info for a damaged sweater and was only offered a partial credit to keep the sweater. Return info never provided. I will not be ordering from Curvedream again. Sweater has been donated to the poor.

Ordering was easy and the item arrived promptly. Unfortunately I did not like it. It was a blouse that did not fit well, was not flattering. So I sent an email to inquire about how to return it and I got a friendly and helpful return email which I appreciated.
I received a partial shipment.
I requested a return on the dress but have not heard back.
The purchasing was simple. Delivery was slow and no tracking updates. The quality of the garments was poor and one dress looked nothing like the picture
3 of the 4 items I ordered 4 weeks ago I just found out are out of stock. Maybe their site needs some updating so we know if an item we are ordering is available or not. Not a great experience so far.

After placing order it was confirmed. About 2 weeks went by and no update. Order sill pending. After I emailed second time I was updated. I did receive one item. Others out of stock. But with help I was able to change order. Have not received items yet but did get up date! Thanks for all the help!
Shipping was 12 days out it has been 20 days and no merchandise. I received a satisfaction survey asking how my experience was and if I haven't received anything to send an email and wait another 24-48 hours response.

I wanted a silver sequined top and the one I received was gray knit with zero shimmer or sequins. I emailed to start a return and this process has been very cumbersome.
After 3 different emails I was able to ship at my expense to the address provided ( a shipping dock in Secacus NJ)

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.

Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
