In January, I ordered 4 blouses from CurveDream. Information on the site indicated that orders take approximately 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. However, after 4 weeks without receiving any notification about my order, I sent an email to the link provided. I received a response that my order is "on its way", but if I didn't get my items in the next 24 to 48 hrs. I should send another email. I didn't get my order after waiting 48 hrs. When I sent another email, I was told that 3 of the blouses I ordered were not in stock. Only 1 blouse was on its way to be delivered. I requested a cancellation of the order for the other 3 blouses and a refund. It was not worth it for me to wait over a month only for me to get one blouse. If I did not send the inquiring emails, would CurveDream just let me order go in limbo? I believe I only got the one blouse because I checked-up on the order, and not get any update on the status of my order, nor my money back.
Took over a week to get a response on how to return the item. Offered me originally 13.00 to keep item, with no instructions on how to return and where.

The pants were great - fit right, material good quality cotton. The bathing suit was too small although I ordered my correct size (according to other suit makers). The red sweater was not as advertised. Small crew neck instead of deep V - it barely fit for over my head in an XL size. Will return.

The merchandise I ordered was beautiful. Unfortunately, the size Small was extremely large. I'm 5 ft. Tall and weigh 110 lbs. Too bad Curvedream doesn't come in petite sizes. I gave Curvedream a bad review because trying to return it for credit was a nightmare. I sent countless emails asking for a return label or address to which the merchandise should be mailed. I finally had to resort to turning the matter over to my credit card company by refusing to pay for the product because Curvedream was not responding to my many emails. That's when they finally responded but failed to give me an address. The matter has finally been resolved, I think. I'll find out when I get my next credit card statement to see if I got the refund that was promiosed.

I am trying to return a dress that didn't fit and is poor quality. I finally got a response saying if I returned it I would have to pay shipping or they offered me $12 to keep it. I stated that I wanted to return it, but they won't send me the address to return it to. Way too much trouble and expense…won't order from Curvedream again!
Ordering was easy, the dress looked beautiful on the site, was beautiful in person. However I guess I didn't ready the description properly and thought the dress was embroidered. Still gonna wear the dress to the occasion it was purchased for. Will definitely be ordering again
First time shopping. The website has a large variety of clothing to choose from. The 2 Items I ordered arrived in a timely manner. Stripped sweater is lovely, colorful, and warm. I have to return the denim dress to exchange for a different size but am looking forward to completing that process.
I ordered 4 items to choose from for a gift. I liked the confetti top and wanted to return the other 3 but did not get a response to many inquiries and emails. Finally got response but still no return address. Another email and I finally got it and mailed out my return hopefully to get a refund on those items.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.

Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
