After weeks of trying to return 2 of 3 sub-par items from this establishment (using this term loosely) I finally received an address to return the items to. Note: they make you pay for the return. So their advertisement of "easy returns" is totally false. I highly do not recommend anyone purchasing from this place

I received one item after about two weeks, two more items ten days later and the fourth item was back ordered, I canceled that item. Also the fabric on two pair of shorts seems very cheap. Probably will not order again!

The product was lovely but the fit was off as I am a Petite and I needed to have some professional filling done.
The clothing I ordered in usual my size is far too small. The materials used are stiff and scratchy. Would like a refund.

Still haven't received my full order. I'm still waiting. If I receive the order entirety I'll leave my reviews otherwise I am still waiting for my orders. Very slow delivery for being ordered on the 21st about 3 weeks of being delivered.
I ordered a dress with a light jacket in large. The jacket came in small and the dress did not look like the picture I ordered from and it is inferior quality. The dress is not acceptable for the function I purchased it for and the jacket is too small. I have contacted the company and after answering a multitude of questions and sending pictures of tags, bags, the dress and jacket they offered a $14 refund! Initially, the response was fairly quick, but now it has been three days and nothing. This company knows exactly what they are doing - ripping off it's Americans! Do not give them any business! I totally regret this purchase.

I ordered 3 items which reportedly would take 3 weeks to arrive. When the 3 weeks transpired, I inquired about the delay. Two days later they said one of the items was out of stock. I should have been told earlier so I could make a choice earlier. The items they were prepared to substitute were not acceptable. They finally agreed to refund the cost of the items.
I do not believe I should have initiated the inquiry. I cannot understand why they did not notify me earlier

I ordered 2 items in January, and after 2 weeks, got no tracking information on the order.
So I e-mailed customer service for an update, and they did not respond for three days.
I e-mailed them again and said this was unacceptable, and finally got a response the next day,
Which said one of my ordered items was out of stock, and did I want to order something else.
By this time, I was fed up with the poor organization of this company, and said "please just cancel my entire order for the two items, and refund my money". Then I received an email stating I would be refunded by the next billing cycle.

I was hoping to wear the clothing for a trip. Waited 2 weeks didn't hear or receive anything. So I began looking for a phone number could not find any way to get co phone number. Tried reaching out to find out when my packages were sent. It was then that I found out 2 of items were out of stock. No where on website did it say items were low or out of stock. If I knew this I would not have ordered at all. Went to Amazon to find replacements and will receive them tomorrow.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.

Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
