None of the items fitted and trying to return them was a nightmare….kept offering a 50% refund to keep them! What was the point they didn't fit! Trying to get a return address took several emails and then they had to go back to the USA….will be interesting to see if I ever get the refund…..
Dresses don't fit right and they give you a hard time for refunding
The clothing is beautiful but attempting to return items (which happens with mail order in fitting) was extremely difficult and time consuming.

Two items out of stock and no anticipated production date. Other item slow to arrive and not as appeared. Return process was cumbersome, had to email for permission, no label provided. Refund slow to receive.
I've been sent requests to rate the items and followed the information on how to contact them if I hadn't recieved them. No reply to my request for information then. Today I get another "Customer Satisfaction Survey" but I still haven't gotten the items or information on when they may arrive. I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering here! I ordered two dresses. One came, but was much longer than it appeared in the picture. The other never arrived. It took two different emails to the company to be able to get the address to send my return to. I had to pay for the postage both ways. I lost money for trying to purchase items from CurveDream, and in the end, didn't end up with anything I could wear.
Followed Curve Dreams size chart exactly according to both my European and American sizes and couldn't even zip up the dress.
And then they want me to pay for the return‼

I did not receive the usual email that a bonifide company sends that indicated the order info and receipt then when it was shipped! That should have clued me in. Fortunately, I have disputed the transaction. NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE PRODUCT LOOKS STEER AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I'm trying to return it and they weirdly offered me $10 to keep it.
It's been a month and i have not received my order. I don't trust this company and I don't want my order anymore!
Color was less vivid than on my screen. Seams were puckered and where the pattern should have matched on the front seam it was off by 1/2 inch. This item obviously missed the quality control person! First experience, won't be coming back or recommending.
I ordered 5 items. I have received only 2. One pair of pants was supposed to be blue and even though the bag is marked light blue, they are green. Unfortunately, I placed a second order with this company which I think was a mistake, since I am still waiting for the rest of the first order.
I ordered two blouses almost a month ago. One showed up and the other one still hasn't arrived yet. When I emailed support I was told just wait longer. The blouse that did show up looks nothing like the picture and the quality is HORRIBLE. Cheap thin material that you can see completely through and badly made. Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
