Where are my orders?

I made 2 separate orders. None of the 3 items have appeared. No notice as to a tracking number. I have a items in my basket i would like. But why order when I haven't seen or heard from you even though you have billed me. I'm going to start a dispute with the credit card co because I won't pay for what I never received.

Complicated return

First, my order was divided into two shipments, one arrived in fairly good time, the other is at a snails pace. I need to return the order but I need to wait for the entire order to arrive. If I have to wait much longer, I won't be able to get my money back on the first package because it will be 30 days past the arrival date which is their policy. Also, it's made so complicated with emails back and forth. I asked for the return address and was only given a city and state. Why not just give it to me and let me decide whether to return now or later? I'm getting the feeling they're not being upfront with me. Seems unprofessional.

Company pushback on refunds!

If a customer wants a refund, please just give the refund. It's a terrible way to do business, Asking people to take $52 or whatever instead of just refunding or returning

Return policy is very poor

Ordered and received a dress that fit poorly. It is my perception that it simply is not sized properly. Given options of "return it, pay shipping both ways, and get a refund" or just " keep it and we'll give you a $10 refund" was very unsatisfying. This is why we shop Amazon or Walmart or Target.

Cheap,late, not as advertised

I almost never got the order. They waited for me to complain twice about not getting it before telling me one item was out of stock. They offered to let me pick a substitute which arrived later than the other two items. All of them look cheap. The pants, which say embroidery, are instead some slick iron on looking sticker.

An excellent company to deal with

I ordered a shirt that was not my size. Instead of them returning the shirt for me they offered me to keep it and donated and they gave me $13 back on my order. I wanted a larger size but the one on in stock. I will check back in the spring. Very happy for their offer.

Photos not quite up to reality

After waiting an extraordinary amount of time, I finally received order. Quality not quite what I expected. I thought the photos were misleading. I kept items purchased because it would be too much hassle to return. Good part of transaction is they did communicate with me to fix order of the color of one item albeit too ~4 days to respond to my email.
