I received my order in a timely manner. However, it did not fit. I had to ask for a return address twice before I got one. The item did not come with any return information. I feel
Like they don't want to have the item returned, I was offered $12 to keep the dress, the second time I requested a refund and return address, I was offered $21.00. I still declined and asked for the return address. I was given it with instructions of information they requested to be returned with the item and to get a tracking number for the item when I mailed it. At first they were only giving me 7 days to complete the return process. However, I informed them I would not be able to comply since I was out of town. I mailed the item back just today. Hopefully I will receive a full refund soon. I will not be ordering from them again- the return process is too time consuming.
I placed my order about a month ago and still have not received my items.

I ordered and paid expedited delivery to get in 3-7 days. It took 16 days
I ordered three garments - used the size chart and my measurements and all three were too small by at least two sizes. The dress was sent back because the label showed three sizes smaller than what I ordered. They sent me a new dress with the correct size on the garment, but it was the exact same size as the one I received with the tag showing three sizes smaller. The clothes are cute and arrived quickly. I'm extremely disappointed that they don't fit.
These jeans are really comfortable and have become my "go-to" jeans to wear. They go with all types of tops and shoes...I will be ordering more.
The sweater I ordered was exactly as expected. Beautiful pink color matched the online photo. I ordered a size large and it fits perfectly to size. Also pleased with the knit qualitiy. I thought the delivery time was reasonable in about 1-1/2 weeks. Packaging was not so great - very small bag so had to press out wrinkles. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

The clothes are a little cheap looking. I was pleased with thier return policy. It took a little time to return the clothes, but they gave me the return address I had to send it back to. However, I did keep a couple of outfits. Some looked cheaper than others though. Still satisfied with the price I paid.
I ordered two items and received one. The company claimed they checked the weight of my outgoing package and, based on that, I surely received both items. I find that very hard to believe, particularly given how light the package was! They continued to claim that I received the second item and refused a refund. I returned the one item because it didn't fit well, and the return process was onerous. No easy return with a PDF label to print and attach. I had to hand write a label, hand write information to include in the package with the return, and then email the tracking number to the company. Each email exchange required a wait of one or more days before getting a response. This company does not appear to be based in the U.S. and that is reflected in their customer service and overly fussy return practices. I gave up trying to get a refund for the item I never received since they were clearly determined not to believe me and I worried if I continued to press it, they would not refund the item I did return. I hope you like your purchase, since getting your money back is almost more trouble than it's worth (which is clearly what they are counting on). I will never buy from this company again.

A summer-ish top with long sleeves. Nice fit. Delivery a little slow, so order accordingly.
I received my order in a timely manner. It was in good shape. It was a little smaller than I expected but I was still able to fit in the dress.
These are nice pants. I received the item as it appeared and was described.
This shirt is kind of a rip off because in the pictures it looked like it was metallic and now when it gets here it's just a bunch of weird colors mixed up on the shirt.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
