Poor communication

Just don't try to get a refund!

I ordered a dress and it was too small, so I immediately order a larger one. When I attempted to get a refund slip, it never happened. I answered and requested, explained and nothing! I gave up asking for a refund slip and answering and providing the same information again and again. I just wanted another one of the dresses for the smaller one! I wanted another size XL - That's all! Didn't happen.

It is complete garbage

I ordered a dress for a wedding I will be attending next month. I was skeptical because the images on the website were definitely AI. When I finally got the dress, it was horrible. The fabric was incredibly thin, see through and tacky. The fit of the dress was disproportionate and had no shape. The return process is atrocious. They first offered for me to keep the order and get a 30% refund or gift card (I will never order from them again). Then after I sent multiple emails asking for the return address and a full refund multiple times, they only offered a 50% refund and I could still keep the dress. I ended up blocking them and having a bonfire that night using the "dress" as kindling. $#*! curvedream

The blouses I received didn't even go past my waist. I ordered a size medium which was great, but they advertised as blouses you could wear with leggings and all models they went well past their hips down to their thighs. I'm only 5'6! And still only received half my order but they say I got all of them. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!
