The tops are ok, the dresses seem to run a little small for size
This was one of those orders where time was of the essence---I'm the mother of the bride. When I would check the status of the delivery, it kept telling me that it was STILL at your warehouse waiting for USPS to pick it up. This went on all the way up to the day it arrived. I was going out of my mind, worried that I wasn't going to have a dress for the wedding. I even went to Macy's looking to by a backup dress, thinking I was going to have to return your order when it came too late. When I contacted your customer service department via email (again and again), they were uncaring an uncooperative, and would not contact the warehouse to find out what was going on. Long story short: I adore your dresses, but your terrible tracking system and poor customer service have left a very bad taste in my mouth. You have made a very poor first impression. The order did arrive on 6/30/25. The dress fits and is adorable. But I'm not happy with how I was treated.

Thankfully, both dresses fit. I am quite pleased with the fit and designs. After ordering I read horror stories of trying to return items. The plastic bag packaging was slightly damaged and there was no packing slip or any information included.

I thought the website offerings were unique & interesting and I ordered 3 items. Ten days after placing my order, I contacted company to learn how to track my purchase as I was already charged for 3 items and wanted a ballpark timeline for when to expect package. A day or so later I was informed that 2 out of 3 items were not available. Company representative sent a timely email to say I would get partial refund and true to email I was partially credited several days later. I have yet to receive last item which was placed June 12 but have not received any forecast of when to expect item or if I'll ever get it

Nice selections of styles. Somewhat challenging to apply filters on some choices. Would be helpful to know washing/care instructions prior to purchase
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
