Been sending emails to return items and receive a refund and no response. Their clothes are not the material showed on Facebook. Need return label!

The items I choose arrived not looking like the items I'd selected. Meaning the colors I received were not as stunning, not as vibrant as the ones shown on their web site. The ones I received look like cheap knock-offs.

Sweater is low quality and only vaguely similar looking to picture in advertising. Shipping was pretty slow. I want return information immediately please.

It took awhile to find tops that were not too long. I hope they fit when received.

I ordered plus size 2X for all items. 2 of the items were size small. People who wear plus size clothes, do not need lycra that cling to every part of their body. The pictures that are shown on the website look flowing and the jacket looked more Boho and substantial instead of tight and constricting. I have been trying to return the items since I received them and keep getting a runaround.

Items were slow to arrive, not as pictured. I expected a Jersey type legging product as pictured. What arrived was a baggy, sheer, cheaply made product that I would never wear outside. May use for pajama bottoms but definitely not for what I intended. Picture/description is deceiving.
