I placed my order on the 19 and payed for expedited shipping tracking said it was at my house 2 days later, then delayed then lost. Finally arrived May 4th BULL$#*!, material sucks is nothing like the pictures look like unfortunately, asked for return address, it's the 9th and they are asking if I received my order after 9 emails back and forth…. REALLY AM I EMAILING A ROBOT? How many stairs do you see‍

I realized wrong size had been sent before item was ever shipped, I immediately contacted them via email, in fact 3 emails, was basically told it was my fault, would have to pay more shipping to just exchange sizing and also pay a 30% restock fee, I don't know what I'll do with this outfit but will not pay shipping or restock fee. Will not be ordering from them again

I wear a small and that's what I ordered. They were more like a medium. The dress in your pictures looks like the front had a pleat. There is not one. It's just straight. The material is way to thin. Plus all the shirts are very long.

I made the mistake of ordering from this company and needed to return items. Items are not the quality and fabric described. The size chart is wrong. If the prices are too good to be true, then they are too good to be true. There were threads that were not trimmed...just shoddy quality and the main thing is they don't want to issue refunds and fight via email over weeks.

There's no address for returns, no phone number, no return process. They try to negotiate with you on your refund. Total SCAMMERS on social media sites. First time I ordered from FB and I will NEVER order from anything like this again. (Thankfully I had enough sense to go through PayPal to avoid giving them my credit card number.) I have spent 2+ weeks over a simple return. Finally I sent the items back to the return address on the originally packaging and they said it was their "logistics company." Total SCAM. I don't have an image because I sent the items back. (I am including an image from their site...I didn't order this exact top, but the style is accurate. I wish it had worked out. Threads dangling from the buttons, etc. Not the fabric described.)

Very easy to use…received confirmation of order immediately. Received shipping confirmation and tracking information. Received the dress very quickly. I will use them again :)
