It depends on the follow -up. One remark: in German you call many items Taste which is silly and has nothing to do with clothing. Taste means key on a key board or piano. A top is a Top even in German and a short coat is a Jacke.

Ordering from CurveDream was very easy on line. I was very hesitant about ordering from one of these companies cuz some of these clothing companies are not good businesses and are nothing but a scan, and the clothes you get, if you get them, are nothing like what you think you're ordering. However, CurveDream is not one of these companies. Ordering was easy, the clothing shipped and delivered at a decent time. What I ordered came exactly looking as I ordered. I will be ordering from them again.

Ordered the blouse. It didn't fit. There was no way to return it so I ordered one size larger. When it came it was the exact same size and still didn't fit. I am not happy. I have thrown away $60+ dollars. For that money I could have bought locally and been assured of fit.

Was good, took little longer to receive than i expected but received it in good condition.

I have reached out for a return and have not heard back.

I had received my order for the shrug but want to return it for a refund to my credit card ending in #8401. It's too large. Please advise ASAP. Thank you.

Place order for 2 outfits on April 2 2023 - says 3 days to process, asked to have patience which I did. Never got any confirmation email from them on the initial order that it was received, only my paypal they should at least send an email of confirmation on order, most do. April 14th still was in process so I sent email asking when it might ship. April 21 received email - Sorry to tell you that the following item is sold out. They asked if I wanted an equivalent product or cancel it and ship the rest? I needed time to look for something else so did not respond immediately. Same day April 23 - I received email that they had shipped the one item of the 2 ordered. I responded later in the day with a replacement item request April 23. Heard nothing back. On April 27th - I resent the same email and ask "Can you please reply to me that you are processing this replacement item you asked me to send you, and what my credit on account is. Thank you." I have heard nothing further from them. I did received my package today outfit I got is good. Was expecting it would have document with my credit on account...but there was nothing. So I'm still waiting for communication from them on the replacement item and outstanding credit I definitely have with them. This is why I don't like ordering online as it just seems to be a constant chase. If you don't have products take them down off the website. That outfit they told me 20 days after ordering they no longer had is still up on the website showing available.

Trying to return thrse items, but, can't seem to get in contact with anyone to find out how to do it. Returning something should not be this difficult.

I ordered a large. You sent a small. I've been emailing to try to get return directions and no one will give me the information needed. I was offered $6 in one email and the jeans cost $30. I want the correct size. This was your error!

This is a sham company. The do not have a return policy that they follow. I contacted them for the "form" so that I could return about $150 of product.
It took 2 days to contact me. Then they wanted to give me $30, keep the clothes.
I did say give me $60 and I will. By this point, I had read all the negative reviews. Lesson learned. Read reviews about returns. They never got back to me, they never gave me a form, they just disappeared.
