Furchtbare Qualität, ein Kleidungsstück war nicht einmal fertiggestellt. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Das zurück senden, eine Katastrophe, bis jetzt nach 5 e-mail weiß ich die Rücksendeadresse immer noch nicht. New York ist leider zu wage, man bekommt ständig Angebote dass man die miserable Ware behält.
It took quite a while to received my items and when I did, the overall quality of the clothes was disappointing. Very cheaply made, they don't use quality fabrics and the clothes do not run true to size. I am normally a 1x, but I like my clothes oversized so I ordered a 3x, and the clothes still did not fit at all! They have a complicated return policy and it's almost impossible to get a refund or return the items. It was an overall disappointment experience and I would not order from this company again.
I took almost 12 days to receive my order. Tracking was available a few days before delivery. When you try and contact customer service it can be days before someone contacts you back. I'm trying to return something now and it's been days-no one has contacted me. I only have a 30 day window for returns. Maybe this is what they want so they don't have to accept the items back.
Received the order promptly, but I need to exchange it for another size.
How do I do that?
I hope the shawl is as pretty as it looks online--anxious to get it!
I've contacted the company - no response to assist with a return - its been over a week
I have been trying for over a week to return items that I recieved that DO NOT fit me! I keep getting emails telling me the return policy and telling me not to return to addresss on package. HOWEVER, nobody will answer my email and give me an address where I CAN return the items!
THIS WILL BE THE VERY LAST TIME I EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
The real challenge came in seeking a return. There was no documentation in the package with return information. I had to send several emails in order to get any reply. When I finally received a reply, the return instructions said not to use the return address on the label, but there was no address provided. I have since attempted to request the address 3 separate times with no reply. I believe this is clearly a scam - and am initiating action with the BBB and my credit card company.
Cheaply made dresses. I sent an email to return them and did not get a response. There was no receipt in the package.

What was delivered was as good or better quality than the photos... recommend CurveDream clothing...
If you need to return it won't happen. They do not send a copy of your invoice when you order or when you receive. You have to contact customer service and they don't respond
