I placed an order on May 21 and the website said allow three days for processing. It's been over a week and website still shows it's being processed. Tried to inquire on website and it wouldn't go thru so emailed. Auto reply said reply in 24 hours. It's been 48 and crickets
I have been sending Curvedream constantly Emails that I NEVER received any of my items that I purchased through Klarna on April 29th. That was when my first payment was withdrawn from my account. And still no response with today's date being June 3rd 2023

The clothes are very cute but size is an issue and description was way off.
When I told them I wanted to return the item, they emailed me not to email it to the address on the return envelope but did not tell me where to send it. Offered me a pittance credit. Money wasted.
Never received items ordered. Have not received my second order either even though I was notified it was shipped.
Was disappointed with the customer service. Don't get back to you quickly especially if it is a return. Try to make a deal with you, psy you a third of what you paid for clothes, and keep said clothes, then when you choose return with full refund, have to send them tracking and when they receive items IM suppose to tell them they arrived and ask for my money back. Which could take 7 days after that. This after 2 weeks of waiting for them to send me return address.
Two shirts (size XL) and one pair of pants (size 2XL) fit great. Look great. However, the other pair of pants (size 2XL too) are so small that I can't even try them on.

When one follows the instruction of the return policy, one can't get an answer that is valid. They refer you to return to a new address but do not provide you with one accredited address. Then they send you an email asking you if you want a $15.00 return and you keep the items. If the items do not fit, why would anyone want to keep them. They are badly made.
The dress I ordered was out of stock, blouse fabric was too thin, and pant fabric was too heavy.

They entice you with pictures of cute clothes but then send you something else and when you want to return it, you're told they will give you $7 back and that YOU are responsible for the return shipping--which I'm sure is China! Beware!
