Not easy return so I gave pants away. Won't order from this site again.

First time i have ordered. Am impressed with my order

Trying to return tips I ordered and I only have an email address and they offered me $15 to keep hem even though I already paid almost $50 for them. And I am still waiting on an response with the return address to use. Very frustrating!

I received my items in a timely manner. I find the sizes run very small. Think twice about ordering. I have returns and they sent specific instructions yet failed to give me a return address. I have emailed them 4 times now with no response.

I have tried yo be in touch several times to return them and no one has sent me the return address. I got a text that I needed to pay $5 to talk with someone! I want to hear from someone asap to return the shirts!

I have always enjoyed using the site. Shipping is prompt and quality of clothing is perfect

Not good material like the picture shows. The butterflies were not embroidered like it says. The pants were just not good quality.

I ordered large and have always fit nicely into a large. But these pants run small, so they are not true to size.

Overall I am happy with the products that I received

I tried to cancel my order within 10 hours of placing order since Curvedream uses PayPal and I didn't want to create a Paypal account. I had used my bank debit card for the purchase. I stopped payment with Paypal (although I didn't have an account - go figure) and I also stopped payment with my bank. When I received the merchadise, I paid over $23 to return the dresses with USPS. When the block pay time period expired and the purchase was debited from my bank account, I notified Curvedream, but they ignored my message. Curvedream received the return merchandise, however; they have refused to reimburse my account. I followed all of their instructions, yet they have yet reimbursed my account for the purchase. In other words, they robbed me of my money! Additionally, the dresses are cheaply made with cheap, inferior fabric. The quality is so inferior and not worth the money they charge. I know this is a Chinese company and my warning to all, stay away from these frauders!NI

Shipping took longer than I expected, I tried to cancel order within 24hours and didn't get a reply for 4 days. So naturally it was "in progress". I would return what I don't like, but I have read the reviews. Unfortunately I didn't do that until after I ordered or I never would have placed an order
