Return seems to be quite complicated. Let's hope I get my money back.

Everything was easy dealings, I didn't have a problem

Good took awhile for the item to arrive. ….,,,,,,…………

I never received my order. I paid for an embroidered tank top and didn't receive tracking information or the order.

I had to reach out every way I could. Online, facebook, etc. No one got back with me in a timely manner. Not going to be ordering again.

I ordered all 3 outfits extra big and all the tops are too small and I'm trying to get them returned and I'm having some difficulty getting the correct address to send them back
I'm just really disappointed and thought it wouldn't be such a big deal

Patterns are very pretty, but I would much prefer cotton blends instead of polyester/rayon and other synthetic materials. These materials are just not breathable!

I was impressed with the fact they let me know when they shipped and how to track it so that i knew when to expect my package

I was excited to get this item...needless to say I was very disappointed. Top runs small and its also see thru. I wanted to return and having a difficult time. I guess I will eat it and be more cautious of ordering from new sites.

I was looking for a blouse with similar colors for a function I had to attend to. I was looking online and saw this blous and thought it was perfect.

They came in only a few days and would be cute but the fabric is terrible. Makes you sweat and snags.

Check their ratings on other sites. Their products are cheap replicas of what's pictures. Complete junk,

How could anyone continue to other from here? The clothing has a LOT to be desired. The materials are of of extremely poor quality in addition to barely matching your order. Sizes, it's anyones guess. You can order a small that looks like a large or and xl that looks like a 5xl.
And the customer service, if you can call it that! I've been charged for the entire order when i've only received half of my items and it's been 2 months. I'm requested the return address and I'm still waiting for a response, after 4 emails requesting it.
I spent $289 so I expect to get everything back but nothing so far. I feel that I've been completely robbed!

For first time very upsetting. Would like my money back. Probably will not order again. To scared of what I will end up with.

Never received item I ordered and they will not replace or refund. They keep saying it's Post Office fault and I need to contact them and I have. PO says shipper needs to trace and they won't. I have been asking them for months to do so and to refund or replace my item and they refuse. So basically they have stolen my money and they will get away with it. Beware nothing they sell is worth having to deal with them if some thing goes wrong because they WILL NOT EVER TAKE CARE OF IT. I know that now.
