The site instructs to contact them before returning and they won't accept a return if you don't. I contacted them as asked and have yet to receive any kind of response. Never sent tracking or anything, seemed shady and I was actually surprised to receive anything at all.

Not happy about the $10 shipping fee but otherwise it was fine.
The dresses did not work for me, so I emailed customer service as instructed, twice, and have received no reply or instruction as to how to return the dresses. Very disappointed!
