Item came on item. Customer service was good.

If you order from this company, you will not be able to return or exchange ever. They are located in China, will barter with you for an accepted amount of money and let you keep the clothes. I spent $59.00 and they offered me $15.00 to keep the clothes. The return, when they finally gave me and address to ship back, was going to be $27.50, along with the shipping I already paid to receive the items. If you live in the U.S., just order from somewhere else. Clothes are mis sized and won't fit based on their sizing charts.

Not good, it varies way too much from expectations.

I ordered this top on May 31st. Received it on June 12 and immediately sent Curvedream an email requesting to return the item and get a full refund as the top I received was not at all as shown on their website. The reason I ordered this specific top was because the online picture showed that it was a long top. As well the top I received was a completely different shade of blue. I was so disappointed that the item was NOT as shown on the website.
I have emailed them several times to get them to rectify this situation without any success. They offered me $10, then $20 to keep the top which I told them I would never wear and that I feel they should give me a complete refund and pay the shipping fee to send the item back. To this day (July 12), I have not heard back from them. I am beyond disappointed and would not order from them in the future nor recommend them to anyone.

All items I purchased were plenty big. I might have gone down a size but I wasn't sure. Medium is ok.

It's was ok the shipping took awhile but I received it and everything is good

Die Qualität der Produkte ist ok, leider stimmen die Größen in der Größentabelle nicht mit der Realität überein. Man muss mindestens zwei Größen größer bestellen. Schade, für einen Moderversand für Mollige...

I don't like the material, the pattern looks different online.

These Clothes are not as represented on website. I will only wear them inside my house as pajamas because I would never wear them out in the public. The reason I am not returning them. They are not worth the headache or the stress. I will never buy again poor quality clothing.

I expect to return the top since it's not as described (shown)

I'm extremely disappointed with my purchase. I spent nearly $200 on clothing I can't wear. And to return it was a huge hassle. So I had to settle for a fraction of the cost back and told to keep the items. I will be donating them. The outfits looks so cute online. The material looks like it's some sort of a cotton blend. But then when I open the packages the pants that go along with the shirts, are a weird silky pajama material. And they don't fit. They're way too small. And the tops that go with them are way too big. Dealing with customer service was okay. It was just an overall disappointing experience. A lesson learned I will never order from this company or any other company I see advertised on facebook.
