Received goods in a timely manner, some nice quality items.

Ordered in June still waiting for order. They seem to be in Indiana since 6/28.

I was disappointed with the lack of communication initially. The money left my account but no email sent to confirm my order. I had to email them directly to get confirmation as the site just said "it takes up to 3 days to process" even after almost 2 weeks.
Once I got the confirmation they arrived quite quickly but were sized smaller than their website indicated. The quality is good and colours true to advertised.

A lovely dress, good fabric, good fit, decent shipping time! No complaints!

After several very civil email conversations with someone named Kally in customer service regarding my request to return the 4 items I purchased that do not fit, I have now been blocked. Contrary to their return policy, they do not refund. I received a few monetary offers from them. When I sent my response to today's email, it was returned. I understand that I have been blocked. I will proceed with legal action if I do not hear back in the next 24 hours.

The shorts were much too big and I inquired about returning them, was told I would have to pay shipping to send them back. They said they would offer $6.00 credit back on my credit card if I wanted to just keep them.

I was able to get my order changed no issues. Great service thank you

I ordered the pants two sizes larger than the size that i wear and the pant were still to small, also the material is not linen and embroidery it is some cheap polyester stretch material i also do not like that fact that there is no number to reach this company and they were suppose to send me a return label which i have not received yet. I am not a happy customer.

The item I purchased said it was made of cotton. It was not made of cotton. It was made of some thing really horrible, and fake. Like the rest of you, I was raked over the coals because they are not providing me a return address. I do appreciate customer service who help me with my return

Need to exchange for a larger size. Received a reply email to start process but then no further replies explaining how to proceed. Still waiting...
