This is clearly a nylon/polyester fabric that would feel uncomfortable in hot, humid weather. The 2x top was tight in the arms and shoulders. I wear an XL t-shirt. I plan to return the top for a refund. I heard customer service is horrible.

Well it took longer to receive than we are used to in today's society. However, definitely worth the wait because I am in love with this blouse. I am 71 years old and this gorgeous blouse made me feel 20 years younger. 😋

Fabric on the three pants I ordered was really poor quality. Customer service for return (which I had to pay for) was awful. Took days to get a response, then they kept trying to persuade me to keep the pants, which had icky fabric and did not fit, in exchange for a partial refund, then offered me a bigger discount to keep them when I refused it. Then insisted I must have a tracking number to return or they would not refund, so my return cost was exorbitant and overall my shipping costs back and forth cost as much as a pair of pants. This was all done by email, as there is NO way to reach them by phone. I wont order from them ever again.

Shipping was fine. Product good. Dress was too small. Will exchange.
I was notified that the item was delivered. It wasn't. I notified the company, they responded with "item is out of stock" and would I like to wait until they have it or select something else. I complained to them about taking my payment for something they didn't have and asked for a refund. They said they cancelled the order and would refund me. That's still left to be seen. Update: I am pleased to add that the company just refunded me.

After asking to return 2 of 3 items, it took over a week of exchanged emails to finally get an authorization to return the items with an address where to send the items. Kept wanting me to keep the items and give 30%/50% monetary refund. If it doesn't fit why would I want to keep it? Finally rec'd full refund 3 weeks later! Very disappointed with return process!

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
