All 4 items were in stock when the order was placed. My card was charged the full amount. After questioning the missing items, I was advised the items were out of stock. I'm still waiting on the credit. Also, I paid an expedited shipping fee, yet items were not delivered by that date.

The clothes that arrived did not fully match the images shown and the sizes are more akin to an XL than 3XL. They did arrive though, the quality of material was slower than expected.

I was given options that were in no way a part of my selection
I do not want to explain something to a computer program. I just want to know how to return the item I ordered because it is to large for me. All I want is to return item purchased fron CurveDream.
Also merchandise is not what it appears to be on line.
Again how so I return item an get my money back. It did not take this long to purchase item. It came off my credit card right away.

Why is shipping so costly for such a light item?
The ordering and delivery process were great. Although the dress looked nice, I didn't like the material it was made of. So I won't be wearing it to a nice event, but I'll be wearing it as a coverup for my swimsuit when I go to the neighborhood swimming pool. However, I will be ordering another dress or outfit later on which hopefully I'll like.

My items were to ship 7/15 and I was sent an email they had shipped but I never received them. I have emailed several times but no response. Not happy. I wanted to cancel and emailed the day after I ordered but was told it was probably too late to cancel. Since then all I have gotten is emails saying item to ship and has shipped but no item. I don't want them now.

They don't respond when I want to return it. "Do I just keep looking at this ugly thing on my table? The fabric feels like polyester acrylic. It doesn't say on the advertisement that it is. I like cotton and some other fabric mixed with polyester. But this feels like unbreathable polyester.

My return should negation. It has taken many stalling emails. I have agreed to keep half of the order in order to return 3 items at the discounted price. T he items ordered are cheaper than the price offered.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
