Not even one star. One item was cancelled, one item received and 3 items not received and not happy with customer service responses. I want to cancel after paying two payments, cancel for remaining two payments and refund for the rest.
The shirt I ordered never came but…. I did receive about 6 items that I never ordered. I tried to return them but was not able to. So all in all I got more then I paid for. I can use a couple of the items. Two of them will go to Goodwill.

😍 I haven't washed or worn it yet. Will see how it wears after being washed.
It was a struggle to get an address for returns from the rep. All kinds of conditions to return including must get a tracking number. Finally I was offered 30% credit and keep the items or get a gift card for 100% but no returns on gift cards and then lastly offered 50% credit to keep the items. I am so not impressed with this company!

I was disappointed in the pants fit and fabric. There is no "stripe" visible, the fabric is low quality and the fit is too snug in the hips.
They were very prompt answering my questions and gave me return instructions.

Delivery of my pants took longer than expected. The quality was disappointing, the material was stiff and very wrinkled and the fit was not right for me.
I'm disappointed because the package provided no return form or information on how to make a return. I am having trouble getting info on how to return this item. Of course there is no phone number available anywhere that I can find. I sent an email and I am still waiting for a response.

This order took a long time to arrive but it looks very nice and is being used as a gift.
Although I was not able to find a dress that fit me properly the customer service that followed in returning the merchandise was awesome. They worked really hard to ensure my satisfaction. I will try to purchase from them in the future.

Some fabrics are cheap polyester. I love many of the designs but photos are deceiving.
I also found the sizing was off…. All the dresses fit except tight in the bust.
I am still working on returning 2 out of 4 dresses….

I have sent in a request to return items( too small). Have not gotten a response... don't know how to return.
Not quite sure. Second time ordering. Have not received my first order but just recently ordeted.
I loved the dresses I ordered, but they did not fit. They have been returned as of July 16,2025 via USPS. I was not very happy with the return policy. I felt it had too many steps. I am expecting a full refund. I do like your dresses, though.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
