Site says it would be shipped from closest site which should have been South Carolina, but actually came from China. So am asking for a complete REFUND which according to many of the reviews (which I regret I didn't read before ordering) this is a NIGHTMARE to get your money back from them. Many complaints to the Better Business Bureau.
First item was poor quality and size was not right...ordered something else and that size was wrong but would not exchange because I used a credit from the first order...cannot exchange size when a credit is used...the other item in the order must have been sold out...wanted to know what else I wanted to order but would not refund money or let me exchange...I offered to return everything at my cost and still waiting to hear from that email...probably lost my money but I won't order again and will share that info...

I placed an order on may 26. I still haven't received my Order and it kinda got lost in tracking. I am now getting daily updates saying it is still on the way. I am beginning to doubt that ut will ever arrive. I have always been happy with the products. But this order has not been a good experience

Paid for expedited shipping and received well ahead of date needed. Items arrived as appeared on website. One dress was too tight in the bust and customer service responded quickly with satisfactory results. Will order from CurveDrean again.
I placed an order on May 14 for 2 blouses. I was notified one of the items was out of stock and was asked to choose a replacement item which I did. On May 23 I received an e-mail that my order was on the way. The tracking number/information did not give me access. I was told 6-12 days. Several contacts with customer service just told me to be patient. It is now June 7th and I have no product delivery and no way to track. WHERE is my order? Will not use this company in the future.

They were great at responding to my questions I had in a timely matter.
I saw that my order had been processed but I didn't get my order and I was not able to track the package. After I contacted them, I was told my order was out of stock. I canceled my order. I was told I would get a full refund but I don't have it yet.

Order receipt showed a size I did not order. I thought, ok I'll exchange it when it comes. It did not come within the time promised. After another week or so, after sitejabber checked in, finally got an email saying item was out of stock, did I want a different one. I picked one & asked if it was in stock. No answer for several days. Suddenly email comes that original item is in stock and will ship. It finally arrives, the wrong size. No return possible. The item itself is okay not great, and I was able to wear it once. I will not order from CurveDream again.

The site says it is coming from the US, but not until shipping notifications is it obviously coming from China, so don't be in a rush to get it! Also, sizes are not true to expectation. A medium is really a small with no way to return or exchange. I would not order from this site. The products look good on the site but too many unexpected problems.

I received my order (and then I also received two pairs of shoes that I did not order).
I did not like the fit of the three pairs of pants that I ordered, so I will be sending those back for a refund.
I still have not received my order even though it's been over a month and my credit card was charged on the day of my order...the tracking information has been incorrect only advising me that there's and error in the tracking information.

Love that it's easy to order, no hassle!
Yes it was easy to order, but it took awhile to receive my order. I notified CurveDream that I wanted to send item back and have had no response on how to send it back. I can't find a phone number for their customer service.
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
