Jave never ordered from place, they take out money when item is out of stock. Had to contact customer service several times before they told me they had sent email that was out of stock, but only explained money taken out, that I could get something else. That doesn't set well with me. Still can't see any reason for them to take my money, when they don't have in stock. Has been settled but not sure can except that policy. Like clothes they off but not sure worth my grief.
First time ordering, hope goes smooth. Need new place to order some nice things at reasonable cost.
Ordered 3 dresses last month only 1 showed up. I received the blue tie die maxi dress. I still have not received the long white maxi dress and the blue knee length dress with din flower on front. I paid for 3 dresses. Get my dresses or give me a refund. I ordered these dresses for an important family reunion. I had to go out and buy another dress to get buy... I'm out alot of money. If I don't see those dresses I'll be telling everyone. You can count on it.

Most of what I ordered and received was nice, takes along time to get. Was disappointed on my order of the same white linen pants the second pair was lined partly and looks awful because you can see where it ends about mid thigh, first pair I ordered was perfect
I purchased items for an upcoming family vacation. They arrived separately packaged. The patterns and colors were perfect for a tropical or any summer occasion. Quality garments perfectly priced.
I had some issue with size and customer service worked with me to resolve. They still would be my go to for summer outing apparel. Just beautiful!

New to this site but seemed easy to order
We were hesitant to purchase these pants and now I understand my hesitant. Poor quality, long ship time, and not a true size 2 XL.

Receive my order, the shirts look great. One was a medium which was the correct size. One was A 2XL have not had any luck in getting it to be exchange-No response
Items received were not items pictured - poor quality fabric and design. Returning is discouraged. Having been offered and refused a partial refund, I was finally able to return for the cost less shipping. Never again.

Each time I chose to look at an item, I had to return to the first page in a section. The website should put you right back where you exited.
I ordered three items online in May. On June 10, I asked when they would be delivered and was told there was a delay due to the weather (they come from China, not France, as their website says). The Customer Service email from Curvedream sent me a shipment tracking link. I checked it a few days later, and it said the items had been delivered to me on June 1st! Curvedream wants me to "prove" that I didn't receive the items before they will issue a refund. They have not bothered to contact their shipping service.

Very disappointed in the quality. They do not include a return label with the product; you have to request it but they did give me the option of returning it or keeping it and receiving a refund of about 1/3 its purchase price.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
