The dress I received was different than the one I ordered. The advertised picture was beautiful but the dress I received was not. I was very disappointed and am sending the dress back and will never order from CurveDream again. There were other items I was planning on ordering but will not now because I cannot trust that they will look like the pictures advertised. The dress fit fine but it is not what I ordered. I now have to pay to send it back when it was your fault that I have to send it back. Very displeased!

The items CurveDream sells are cheaply made and look nothing like the pictures! When you're not happy and want to return, be prepared for a LONG email chain back and forth as you refuse stupid offers to keep the items for a small discount. This went on for me so long. Each time, I refused the offer to keep the garbage clothes. This is a HUGE hassle, and you will waste lots of time - couple of weeks for me - until you receive return authorization. Then you'll have to pay postage to return the items. The shipping charge from them to you is exorbitant and will not be refunded. Save your money and sanity and shop elsewhere!

Not as I expected when ordered. Did not like the dress after all.
Did not try it on. Returned it the next day.
I followed sizing instructions but dress too tight on top, couldn't zipper, then it was back and forth with customer service about accepting $ and keeping it, I accepted the 40.98 credit to order a large which I haven't gotten a confirmation of yet! If I didn't love and need it for my daughter's wedding, I would never use your site again. I hope my order will arrive soon.

I purchased a dress for a wedding knowing that it would take a couple of weeks to arrive. After three weeks however, it still had not arrived and there was no message from CurveDream indicating a problem. I finally contacted CurveDream and was told that the dress ordered was out-of-stock! I was disappointed in the quality. The sweater I ordered was unwearable it rolled so badly. They did follow up with me and offered my money back if I paid for the shipping and returned the items in the original packaging. They offered me a $24 refund if I chose to keep the clothes. I took the $24 which is about what they were worth. They have refunded me in a timely manner. This was an $80 mistake I will not make again. These same clothes are available on Shein or Temu for waaay cheaper.

Ordered 2 of the same dress in different sizes. One size fit nicely. Wanted to return the additional dress. Received the return policy information. Sent information to address to have recipient refuse shipment for return. I paid money for a return that they denied receiving.

My shopping experience was super easy! I wish I could've added a gift card but otherwise great!
Love the dress but didn't look/ drape as pretty on me as the model.
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
