I wanted to order a size M and a size L - wasnt't able to
No paper work included - everything is in Chinese - where can I return - very poor quality - flimsy and unattractive...
The quality was there and I loved the top, it just didn't fit right. The hard part was figuring out how to return the top.
Items not the same as on website. One example I ordered a top,said 3/4 sleeve was short sleeve. All medium is not 10/12.
Only ordered once before from your catalog...clothing did not work out but was happy with the experience. I am hoping everything I ordered works out.

Great variety but could use more info on sleeve or sleeveless and type of materials used.

I'm happy with my purchase. The fit is right and the color is what I expected.
In the picture when I ordered, a model was wearing the dress/coat, and the product was smooth and looked as if it was flowing.
That was art work. The actual dress would never look like that even after intense ironing because of the cheap material. The dress was cheap T shirt material and the matching-same-length-as-the-dress coat was toliet paper thin.

Somehow my order got all screwed up! Took me 2 mos. To receive! Somehow I ended up paying $19 shipping and then another $10 shipping!?!?!

Took a long time to ship. Ordered 2 dresses same size and one of them I couldn't even get into even though they were same size. Colors were nice but fabric was very thin, stiff and uncomfortable. Return process is not easy. Still pending to see if my refund is processed as promised. Will not order from here again.

I made a typo in specifying the delivery address. I fully expected not to get the product shipped to me, but with their support and a kind local postman, the i got the package.
I sent an email that I'd like to return my order as the pants were way too big and the top was a little small. I'm still waiting for a reply email with the return authorization number. Also, I felt the top was not what I expected at all. It felt cheap and looked that way as well.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
