I ordered a dress on 7/9 with plans to wear it on 7/27. I got confirmation of my order but never heard that it was shipped. Emailed them on 7/23 and was told it was out of stock even though I was charged on 7/9 and no communication it would not be coming. Now waiting for credit.

Everything looks great. Everything was on time. I like the follow up service too.
The product photo and description gave the impression this was a somewhat dress top with sequins (sequins is in the product description). What arrived was a polyester t-shirt with no sequins and not the least bit dressy. It was sad looking, like something you would find at Family Dollar or Roses. When I asked about returning it I was told that I have to pay for return shipping and eat the cost I had already paid to have it shipped to me originally, or if I wanted to keep it they would give me a $7.00 credit and I had to have the original plastic bag (seriously?). My recommendation is stay away from this company.

It took a long time to receive the blouse. Tracking was hard to follow. The blouse is nice.
So far so good. Very soft and comfortable. Not quite the shade of blue I was hoping for but ok
I needed to return an item & they seem to discourage that. Offered a gift card but you need to order something more than the amount you are returning. Not an even exchange.
Returns are not cost effective. Material not of good quality.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
