My wife ordered dresses to wear to a wedding. Only one of the three was out of stock. We paid the expedited shipping to receive the dresses on time dropped shipped to the wedding location. Did Curves send the two they had NO. They held help the entire order and did not notify us, we had to call when the shipment didn't arrive. I perceive this company to staffed with young inexperienced people. I work in supply chain, when an order is expedited it should be the attention paid for.

It took a long time to get my order. The quality of the clothes were good but the online size chart did not reflect an accurate size of the dress I ordered. I will need to send it back and order 2 sizes larger which is NOT the size I wear.
This garment feels and looks really cheap. It appears to be white in the photo and in person it is a ingy cream. I think I am done with ordering clothing online.
I loved the jeans when I saw them online. It took forever to get them delivered. When they did arrive they were not the jeans pictured online. The denim material was so cheap, the zipper was cheap and they did not even resemble the item I ordered. I even emailed to make sure it was the correct pair of jeans. I initiated a return and was told that I had to pay the return shipping or I could keep them and they would credit me $8'. Do not buy from the company. False advertising!

Some of the apparel is great and true to size. Some of it is not. Also the fabric may or may not feel cheap. It's a hit or miss on the goods. Pretty fast shipping and screaming deals, but only if you receive everything and it fits great 😬
The dresses I ordered did not fit in the arms. I needed to return them. It was a chore trying to figure out how to contact anyone to initiate the return. When I finally made contact, several more emails ensued, asking again the reason for the return, then offering a small gift certificate if I would consider keeping the items. Why would I want to keep something I can't wear? I finally received the requested return information, which included various things to do and not do, along with a 7-day return window from the time the email was sent. Due to my own schedule, I was not able to meet this deadline. At the very least they should have offered to replace/exchange the dresses for a larger size, something I might actually be able to use. Now I have 2 dresses that I can not wear and I'm out of the money as well.
I really like this dress because it's well made an a good price. The color is pretty and it's layered which means you don't have to worry about a slip. It just didn't look good on me but I'm sure it would be lovely on many body styles.
Their items are well made and beautiful. Material is soft. They just run small.
